Job summary

Form Energy is seeking a Manager, System Integration & Test (SI&T) to lead a high‑performing team of mechanical, electrical, and software test engineers. You will own end‑to‑end system-level testing across SITB, NTB, PSTB, QTB, and DPTB, driving VERTs/VALs and DFMEA campaigns.

Bring 8+ years in system integration and 2+ years of people management, with expertise in high‑voltage DC, power electronics, and HW/SW test automation. relocate to support growth and scale battery technology.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in a relevant engineering discipline with strong fundamentals.
• 8+ years in system integration, hardware verification, or test engineering.
• 2+ years of direct people management of engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary team of test engineers across hardware and software.
• Define strategy and run campaigns for system-level verification/validation (VERTs/VALs).
• Oversee DFMEA risk-mitigation testing and burn-down programs.
• Direct system-level testing for energy storage and plant disciplines.
• Own deployment gates for hardware transitions between prototypes and field sites.
• Manage issue logging, RCA, and failure triage using FIT/JIRA.
