Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline preferred.
• Experience leading system test or validation teams in semiconductor product development.
• Strong background supporting GPU/accelerator/SoC-based products.
• Experience with pre-silicon planning, post-silicon validation, customer sampling, and manufacturing readiness.
• Proven people management experience including hiring, mentoring, and performance development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of system test engineers supporting Instinct accelerator product development
• Define and execute system-level test strategies spanning pre-silicon planning, post-silicon bring-up, customer samples, and high-volume manufacturing
• Drive alignment on test coverage, validation readiness, and quality metrics across lab, manufacturing, and customer environments
• Partner cross-functionally with Design, Product Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, and Customer Engineering teams
• Oversee planning and execution for system test deliverables, schedules, and resource allocation
• Identify technical, schedule, and quality risks; drive mitigation plans and escalation as needed
• Communicate program and execution status, risks, and recommendations to senior and executive leadership
• Collaborate closely with globally distributed teams, including Asia-based engineering and operations organizations
• Champion continuous improvement in test methodologies, tools, processes, and team execution
