Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) seeks an experienced Systems Test and Validation Engineer to support data center GPU products for AI/ML/HPC. You will develop test strategies, instrumentation, and automation to enable high-volume production across global partners.

The role requires deep debugging skills across hardware, software, and Linux, plus leadership to solve complex, non-recurring problems and improve test coverage and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on experience debugging data center hardware and software.
• Experience with Linux and industrial test environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing test strategies and fixtures for new products.
• Lead system bring-up and debug across hardware, firmware, and software.
• Create automated diagnostics and validation infrastructure using Python.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve yield and quality.
• Provide Design for Testability recommendations during development.
