• Requires experience leading system test or validation teams in semiconductor product development.
• Strong background in GPU, accelerator, or complex SoC products.
• Experience with pre-silicon planning and post-silicon validation.
• Proven people management including hiring, mentoring, and performance development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of system test engineers across product development.
• Define system-level test strategies from pre-silicon to high-volume manufacturing.
• Drive test coverage, validation readiness, and quality metrics.
• Partner with Design, Product Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Engineering teams.
• Oversee planning and execution of system test deliverables, schedules, and resources.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation and escalation as needed.
• Communicate status and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with globally distributed teams across regions.
• Champion continuous improvement in test methodologies and tools.
