Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience leading system test or validation teams in semiconductor product development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior/director level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of system test engineers supporting Instinct accelerator product development.
• Define and execute system-level test strategies spanning presilicon planning, postsilicon bring-up, customer samples, and manufacturing readiness.
• Drive alignment on test coverage, validation readiness, and quality metrics across lab, manufacturing, and customer environments.
• Collaborate with Design, Product Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Engineering teams.
• Oversee planning and execution for system test deliverables, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation plans; escalations as needed.
