Rieth-Riley Construction Co., Inc. is seeking an IT professional to provide advanced technical support, maintain system reliability, and serve as a technical resource for employees across local and remote locations.

The role involves asset management, deployment of devices, OS and application updates, and administration of Microsoft technologies including Windows Server 2022+, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, and PowerShell scripting. Regional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 5+ years of experience preferred; 2+ years minimum.
• Regional travel to area offices required.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support across local and remote locations.

Summary

This role provides advanced technical support, resolves complex issues, maintains system reliability and security, and serves as a technical resource for employees across local and remote locations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage hardware and software asset inventory, including procurement, deployment, tracking, and lifecycle management.
• Configure, deploy, and support computers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment to meet the needs of employees in local and remote offices.
• Install, maintain, and upgrade operating systems, applications, and hardware on PCs, laptops, and iPads.
• Administer and support Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server 2022+, Microsoft 365 applications and administration, Active Directory, Intune, and PowerShell scripting.
• Support and maintain servers, printers, copiers, and related infrastructure systems.
• Support and maintain security camera systems and electronic door access control systems.
• Monitor system performance and respond to alerts generated by monitoring and management tools.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures
• Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues and assist in mentoring junior support staff when needed.
• Participate in IT projects, technology deployments, and infrastructure improvements as assigned.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned by the IT Manager or Technical Services Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, computer and information technology or related field
• Five (5) years of experience preferred. Minimum (2) years required.
• Regional travel to area offices required
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Self-motivated; ability to work independently
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• High degree of attention to detail
