Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ is seeking a System Security Engineering (SSE) Program Lead (P5) to direct SSE program execution, lead an SSE team, and provide guidance to system architects across software, hardware, and cyber disciplines.

You will interact with customers to define SSE requirements, develop plans, estimates and risk mitigation, ensure DoD release and export controls, and support bids and proposals. U.S. citizenship and active security clearance on day one are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Active and transferable U.S. government Secret clearance required on day 1.
• Experience in System Security Engineering for DoD programs with secure systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead SSE program execution and guide architects across software, hardware, and cyber domains.
• Interact with customers to define SSE requirements, solutions, and risks.
• Support plans, estimates, task execution, and risk mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with DoD release/export policies and assist bids.
