Raytheon Technologies seeks a System Security Engineering (SSE) Program Lead in Tucson, AZ, to manage SSE program execution, lead a security-focused team of engineers, and interface with the customer during reviews and technical exchanges. The role requires DoD security domain expertise and leadership in security architecture decisions.

You will guide system, software, and hardware engineers, ensuring security posture across the program lifecycle, while aligning with cost, schedule, and mission

Qualifications

• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance
• Experience leading SSE efforts and multi-disciplinary teams
• Experience designing and fielding real-time embedded security solutions for DoD programs
• Ability to develop security requirements, architectures, plans and policies

Responsibilities

• Perform Task Lead duties: planning, product owner, scrum master
• Implement SSE solutions into RTX products
• Define SSE requirements, solutions, trades, costs, impacts and effectiveness with customer
• Support plans, estimates, task execution, and risk mitigation
• Guide SSE implementations in customer systems
• Advise program management on SSE architectures and issues
• Conduct threat modeling / CPIs and advise on DoD licensing compliance
• Develop top-level system requirements and cascade to subsystems
• Collaborate with customers and program teams on system development
• Contribute to bids, proposals, and EVM activities
