Job summary

NewCold is seeking a System Operator Supervisor to lead on-site operator teams, ensure consistent system flow, and uphold safety and quality standards across warehouse operations. You will work to optimize daily functions and train staff in line with company policies and health & safety requirements.

The role emphasizes hands-on supervision, effective communication, and ongoing development of the operator team to maintain high standards of service and productivity at our on-site site in Indiana.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of System Operator experience.
• Proven ability to meet performance goals and deliver timely results.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the system operator team on site.
• Train operators and maintain safety and professional culture.
• Monitor and improve MHE performance and safety.
• Coordinate daily shift briefs and handovers on site.
• Plan labor weekly to meet MHE targets within budget.
