Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, electro-mechanical technology, or related degree; relevant journey level certification; or combination of education and relevant experience equivalent to 5 years utility/business relevant work including financial management, operations and/or planning.
Prior leadership and/or project management experience.
Working knowledge of electric operations day to day activities and understands electric distribution system.

Responsibilities

Leads and supervises a 24/7 system operations team.
Coordinates with EFR, service providers, and engineers on emergency restoration efforts.
Promotes safe work practices and ensures compliance with regulations and procedures.
Provides data reporting, system improvements, and troubleshooting assistance.
Attends meetings and supports 24/7 emergency response and restoration efforts.
