QTS Data Centers is seeking a Supervisor, Critical Operations to lead the maintenance and operation of electrical, mechanical, FLS, plumbing systems in a 7x24 data center environment. The role involves tactical deployment of the Critical Operations Team, coordinating maintenance, and assisting customers with on-site needs.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage complex, time-sensitive issues with a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of workplace or industry experience.
• Experience leading people, directly or indirectly.
• Six or more years in a data center environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, organize, and supervise the Critical Operations team.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Manage and review work orders, budgets, and parts.
• Provide customer assistance on the Data Center floor and during installations.
• Support 7x24x365 operations and stand in for the Critical Operations Manager when needed.
