Qualifications

Required:

• Active TS/SCI with a polygraph.
• Minimum of 12 years relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Successful experience leading formal and informal teams in a dynamic and unstructured environment under limited supervision. Experience balancing short-term tactical problems against long-term strategic planning.
• Experience working independently to identify problems, devise solutions, brief and communicate courses of action, and implement solutions.
• Experience managing a project/program, including schedule, milestones, and deliverables.
• Experience with periodic re-evaluation of that project to determine if the original approach is still reflective of desired outcome in a dynamic environment.
• Experience working as part of, and leading, a team to define requirements, determine root causes, and identify corrective actions.
• Demonstrated experience working with modern business productivity suites such as Microsoft Office 365 and GSuite, setting up VPNs, and dealing with multi-factor Authentication.

Basic Compensation

$182,800 to $223,500

This range is for the Virginia area only.

Additional Compensation

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign‑on bonus, relocation benefits, short‑term incentives, long‑term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
