Job summary

KBR, Inc is seeking a System Integrator for on-site work in Virginia. The role requires TS/SCI with a polygraph, a bachelor’s degree, and at least ten years of relevant experience, including leadership in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience leading formal and informal teams in a dynamic, unstructured environment under limited supervision; balancing short-term tactics with long-term strategy.
  • Ability to work independently to identify problems, devise solutions, brief actions, and implement them.
  • Experience managing a project/program with schedules, milestones, and deliverables; periodic re-evaluation of approach.
  • Experience leading teams to define requirements, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and GSuite; setting up VPNs and handling multi-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team supporting testing, deployment, and operational activities.
  • Translate and migrate unstructured data into tracking and reporting tools.
  • Oversee tracking of testing efforts, operational equities, and related activities.
  • Manage renewal of services and accounts, including VPN and cloud resources.
  • Coordinate creation, maintenance, and decommissioning of equities.
  • Ensure established protocols, processes, and compliance requirements are followed.
  • Collaborate with teammates to resolve issues and support mission objectives.
  • Partner with systems engineers and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate integration and deployment.
  • Communicate status, risks, issues, and progress to team members and stakeholders.
