Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics US is seeking a Systems Implementation professional to deploy and optimize our logistics and warehouse management systems from our Fontana, California location. The role offers hands-on experience configuring modules, testing, and providing user support in a dynamic supply chain environment.

Ideal candidates will have a IT or logistics degree, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Configure and set up new system modules.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and identify defects.

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in system configuration, testing, and user support within a dynamic supply chain environment.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the configuration and setup of new system modules and functionalities.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and identify system defects or areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and training materials.
• Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for end‑users experiencing system issues.
• Collaborate with project teams to gather requirements and translate them into system specifications.
• Support data migration activities and ensure data integrity during system transitions.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives related to system utilization and efficiency.
• Assist with ad‑hoc reporting and data analysis to support operational decision‑making.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in enterprise systems (e.g., WMS, TMS, ERP) and their application in logistics.
• Basic understanding of system implementation methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
