Qualifications

• Associate's degree or above; degrees in Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, or related fields are preferred.
• At least one year of experience in operations support or a related role is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with strong data analysis skills.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and learning abilities.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities under pressure.

• Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour + Annual Performance Bonus
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

The Operations Business Support role is responsible for supporting JDL's warehouse operations to ensure efficient day-to-day business processes and deliver an excellent customer experience.
