JINGDONG Logistics, part of JD.com, is seeking an Operations Business Support Specialist to reinforce warehouse operations in the U.S. You will support daily processes, verify information, and manage documentation while helping ensure an excellent customer experience.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, coordinate external workforce resources, and analyze data to inform decisions. A minimum associate degree and strong Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in business, operations, CS or related field.
• At least 1 year in operations support or related role.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Support daily operational activities, including data entry, information verification, and document management.
• Coordinate and manage third-party workforce resources.
• Collect, organize, and analyze operational data and prepare reports.

Job Details

Job Title: Operations Business Support Specialist
Location: Orlando, Florida; Atlanta, Georgia; or Houston, Texas
Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour + Annual Bonus
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

The Operations Business Support role is responsible for supporting JDL's warehouse operations to ensure efficient day-to-day business processes and deliver an excellent customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily operational activities, including data entry, information verification, and document management.
• Assist with the coordination and management of third-party workforce resources.
• Collect, organize, and analyze operational data, and prepare reports to support business decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication and collaboration to resolve operational issues and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collect and respond to customer feedback, resolve issues in a timely manner, and help improve customer satisfaction.
• Complete additional tasks and projects assigned by management.

About You

• Associate's degree or above; all majors are welcome. Degrees in Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, or related fields are preferred.
• At least one year of experience in operations support or a related role is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with strong data analysis skills.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and learning abilities.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
