Job summary

Job Details

• Job Title: Warehouse Operator
• Hourly Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00/hour + Annual Performance Bonus
• Location: Fontana, CA

What You'll Do

• Perform daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain organized, clean, and safe warehouse work areas.
• Record, review, and verify warehouse operational data to support inventory control and operational efficiency.
• Identify operational issues, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement using data analysis and AI-powered tools.
• Collaborate with warehouse team members and supervisors to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Complete other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

About You

• Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Reliable, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Previous warehouse operations experience is preferred.
• Basic data analysis skills, with the ability to organize, interpret, and review operational data.
• Familiarity with AI tools or AI models and a willingness to use them to solve problems, improve efficiency, and support daily operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work collaboratively while also completing tasks independently.
