Comp: $90K to $100K

️ Role Mix: ⅓ Projects + ⅓ Escalations + ⅓ M365 Security Issues

Are you the go-to engineer when things get technical — but not quite at “principal” level? Want to work on real-world projects, high-level escalations, and sharpen your M365 security skills across over 100 tenants?

We’re looking for a System Engineer who thrives in fast-paced, multi-tenant MSP environments and is ready to stretch beyond traditional support. This role is ideal for someone ready to move up — someone who can handle Tier 3 escalations, secure Microsoft 365 environments, and roll out change requests and implementations with confidence.

You’ll split your time between project work, security incidents (like account compromise or phishing), and top-tier technical support in Microsoft ecosystems. All while working in a tight-knit, zero-red-tape team that values growth, autonomy, and getting things done right.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Implement M365 security and infrastructure changes across hybrid client environments
• Handle Tier 3 escalations: phishing issues, compromised accounts, misconfigurations, conditional access, etc.
• Lead small to mid-size project implementations and change requests
• Manage multi-tenant identity solutions: Entra ID, Azure AD, AD Sync
• Secure and configure endpoints using Intune, BitLocker, Defender, and LAPS
• Drive Secure Score improvements and conduct regular security audits
• Support Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and M365 licensing across diverse clients
• Collaborate with your team to build smarter, more secure environments
• Document everything clearly in tickets and knowledge base — you know the drill

What You Bring to the Table:

• 3+ years in an M365 engineer/administrator role (MSP experience is required)
• Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, PAM
• Exchange Online migrations, SharePoint config, Defender/Purview
• Experience working across multiple tenants with differing configurations
• Familiarity with Active Directory sync, hybrid setups, and permission strategies
• At least one Microsoft cert (Enterprise Admin, Azure Security Engineer, etc.)
