Job summary

Talantir is seeking a System Administrator to provide on-site IT support for client environments in the DMV area. You will troubleshoot Windows workstations, Microsoft 365 apps, and desktop software, and set up new users, hardware, and office IT equipment.

The role requires 3+ years of MSP experience, strong AD/endpoint support, and basic networking. You will work with the service desk to resolve client issues while traveling across the DMV region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of MSP experience in a client-facing role.
• Strong Windows and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Active Directory and endpoint/device support.
• Basic networking knowledge (switches, firewalls, connectivity).

About the Role

We’re looking for a System Administrator who enjoys working directly with clients and solving technical issues on-site. This role focuses on supporting Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and end-user systems for small to mid-sized businesses across the DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia (DMV) area.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support for client environments
• Troubleshoot Windows workstations, Microsoft 365, and desktop applications
• Set up new users, hardware, and office IT equipment
• Support Active Directory, endpoint devices, and basic networking
• Work closely with the service desk to resolve client issues
