This position reports to
Systems Drives Operations Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will execute service work per work instructions, adhering to ABB quality and safety guidelines. You will deliver quality customer service, plan and execute service work based on customer orders and expectations, and communicate effectively to ensure customer retention.
The work model is field service, which can be remote.
This role contributes to the Process Automation Process Industries division in Skowhegan, ME, and the surrounding region.
