Job summary

Framingham Public Schools is seeking a System Coherence Lead (0.40 FTE) to align district-wide improvement efforts with HQIM and PELP. The role bridges district strategy and school-level instructional leadership to ensure high-quality, equitable instruction for all students.

The ideal candidate will coach, facilitate PLCs, and build capacity across departments, schools, and external partners, driving sustained instructional improvement and closing achievement gaps.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Educational Leadership, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field preferred.
• Professional Experience: leadership roles at district level or as a school administrator preferred.
• Framework Knowledge: Deep understanding of PELP and systemic coherence in K-12 education.

Responsibilities

• Assist district leadership in aligning goals with district-wide improvement strategies under the PELP framework.
• Lead District Instructional Leadership Team (D-ILT); coach principals and facilitate PLCs.
• Develop external partnerships and provide coaching to school-based leaders to ensure cohesive practice.
