Job summary

Framingham Public Schools is seeking a System Coherence Lead to align district goals with school-level instruction, using the PELP framework to drive continuous improvement. The role focuses on bridging district strategy with classroom leadership and HQIM implementation to ensure equitable access to high-quality instruction for all students.

The ideal candidate will coach and facilitate cross-departmental teams, support PLCs, and strengthen instructional leadership across FPS.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Educational Leadership, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field preferred.
• Proven track record in educational leadership, principalship, or district-level administration required.
• Deep understanding of the Public Education Leadership Project (PELP) framework and systemic coherence in K-12 education.

Responsibilities

• Align departmental goals with district-wide improvement strategies rooted in the PELP framework.
• Drive systemic coherence to close achievement and opportunity gaps for multilingual learners and high-need students.
• Lead cross-departmental teams and administrator training to scale instructional improvement.
