Framingham Public Schools is seeking a System Coherence Lead to align district goals with school-level instruction, using the PELP framework to drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will coach and facilitate cross-departmental teams, support PLCs, and strengthen instructional leadership across FPS.

The ideal candidate will be an expert facilitator and coach who can bridge the gap between high-level district strategy and ground-level instructional leadership, ultimately ensuring every student has access to a strong culture of learning and high-quality, standards-based instruction. This commitment aligns with Framingham Public Schools’ high expectations for achievement, equal access to quality instruction, academic proficiency for all students, and closing the achievement gap among subgroups within the schools.
