Ladders is seeking a System Architect, Awareness to Revenue, to shape the architecture across a revenue-focused platform ecosystem. Remote US-based; collaborate with agile teams, technical leaders, and business stakeholders to align integration, data, and release practices.

The role includes mentoring teams, defining architectural enablers, and guiding customer-facing and revenue-supporting capabilities with emphasis on scalability, security, and governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical solution design and implementation.
• 5+ years in platform, system, or solution architecture roles.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and data analytics systems.
• Experience in a SAFe environment or scaled Agile framework.
• Knowledge of data governance, integration patterns, and release management in SaaS platforms.
• Ability to deliver quality, secure, and operable technical solutions at the platform level.
• Strong communication skills for mentorship and influencing technical direction.

Responsibilities

For our client, we are seeking a System Architect, Awareness to Revenue to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will shape the architecture and technical standards across a revenue-focused platform ecosystem, with an emphasis on scalable, secure, and well-governed solutions. You will partner with agile teams, technical leaders, and business stakeholders to align integration, data, and release practices across the platform landscape. The position also calls for mentoring teams, defining architectural enablers, and helping drive strong technical direction for customer-facing and revenue-supporting capabilities.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $117,200 – $157,500 annually
