Ladders is seeking a Technical Architect to join a leader in Enterprise Technology. This remote opportunity focuses on guiding enterprise clients through design and delivery of scalable technology solutions that support business goals. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Compensation: $148,500 - $223,900 annually. The role partners with delivery leaders and solution architects to shape architecture decisions, manage risk, and maintain program integrity

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise architecture or consulting.
• 4+ years leading enterprise core projects.
• Strong design, data, integration, and security architecture skills.
• Excellent presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Detail-oriented with quick learning ability.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to optimize business processes through technology.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients.
