What You’ll Be Doing:
Understands the credit union’s strategic direction and ensures systems configuration and processes continue to align with WESTconsin’s strategic priorities
Partners with business unit leaders to ensure the systems are configured to support their requirements
Tracks and manages documents within the electronic document management system; designs the system, assigns metadata, develops workflows and creates tags for credit union staff
Leads or participates in projects and process improvements as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for system applications and implements advanced configurations in support of efficient processes for our employees and members
Accepts delivery of documents, maps fields for efficiency, implements workflows, tests live production environments, and communicates changes to users
Completes navigation configuration, script implementation, and database configuration in system application environments. Assists other business units as applicable with these changes.
Recommends and implements system configurations that ensure data security and integrity, while in compliance with policies, procedures, and internal and external assessments and audits
Partners with third parties for issue resolution, system testing, product implementation, and system enhancements
Provides afterhours support as needed for system upgrades, patches, or issue investigation
Manages multiple projects concurrently and shifts priorities as required to meet business requirements and deadlines
Delivers training using appropriate adult learning principles, instructional methods, and change management techniques. Identifies and accommodates, where possible, special training needs
