Job summary

WESTconsin Credit Union is seeking a Teller to greet members, handle Teller transactions, and open a variety of share accounts while delivering friendly, accurate service.

The role emphasizes building relationships, offering product information, and resolving member questions. Candidates should have a high school diploma, strong customer service experience, and a professional, positive attitude; Saturday rotation is required.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Credit Union to members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Provide prompt, efficient, confidential, and accurate service in the processing of Teller transactions.
• Open new share accounts (savings, checking, money market, certificate, etc.).
• Provide savings, loan, and other product features, benefits, and information.
• Respond to members' requests, problems, and complaints, and/or direct them to proper person for assistance and resolution.
• Learn to recognize member's needs for services, and presents and refers them appropriately.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Represent the Credit Union to members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner

• Open new share accounts (savings, checking, money market, certificate, commercial, organizational, and benefit accounts, individual retirement, health savings accounts, trust accounts, estate, custodial, and guardianship accounts)
• Provide savings, loan, and other product features, benefits, and information
• Respond to members' requests, problems, and complaints, and/or direct them to proper person for assistance and resolution
• Learn to recognize member's needs for services, and presents and refers them appropriately

What You’ll Need To Be Successful

• High school diploma or equivalent

• This includes an every other Saturday rotation.
