Job summary

Plata Card is seeking Junior+ System Analysts to join our teams focusing on Transfers, ATM, Core Banking Systems and more. You will participate in the full product development lifecycle, from idea to launch, and design technical solutions including APIs and data models with clear specifications for developers.

You will work with Engineering, Design, and other teams to ensure a unified approach, create technical docs, and contribute to production issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 1+ commercial experience as a System Analyst.
• Basic experience with API, data models and business processes.
• UML/BPMN knowledge.
• Ability to analyze business needs and create clear specifications for developers.
• Basic knowledge of REST APIs; familiarity with gRPC would be a plus.
• Basic understanding of system architecture and integrations.
• Basic SQL skills, familiarity with PostgreSQL databases.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team.
• Kafka knowledge is a bonus.

Responsibilities

This role involves active participation in the full product development lifecycle with more experienced System Analysts, from initial idea to launch. The specialist will participate in designing technical solutions, including APIs and data models, as well as creating clear technical specifications for development teams.
