You will coordinate business trips, work with travel providers, support employees with day-to-day travel requests, and help keep travel processes organized and efficient across our international locations.

Challenges that await you:
  • Coordinate business trips, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and other travel arrangements

  • Communicate with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other external service providers
  • Support employees with visa-related travel requirements and required documentation in collaboration with internal teams
  • Assist employees throughout their business trips and respond to travel-related questions and requests
  • Handle booking changes, cancellations, and other unexpected travel situations
  • Support travel arrangements related to employee relocation when required
  • Maintain accurate travel documentation, booking records, and internal data
  • Help keep travel guidelines, instructions, and supporting materials up to date
  • Support expense tracking and preparation of travel-related reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of travel request
What makes you a great fit:
  • Previous experience in Travel, HR, Customer Support, Administration, or another service-oriented role will be an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Proactive approach and willingness to learn and develop in corporate travel
  • Ability to stay calm and find solutions when plans change unexpectedly
  • Comfortable working with digital tools, booking platforms, and documentation
  • B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team, and Russian language proficiency (spoken and written) for communication with Russian-speaking colleagues
Our ways of working:
  • Innovative Spirit: A commitment to creativity and groundbreaking solutions
  • Honest Feedback: valuing open, transparent communication
  • Supportive Team: a strong, collaborative community
  • Celebrating Achievements: recognizing our wins together
  • High-Tech Environment: a team full of smart and revolutionary people who date to challenge the status quo of incumbent finances
Our benefits:
  • Relocation support to one of our hubs — Serbia, Georgia or Kazakhstan — with assistance for the employee and their family
  • Flexible work from one of our offices or remotely
  • Healthcare Coverage
  • Education Budget: Language lessons, professional training and certifications
  • Wellness Budget: Mental health and fitness activity reimbursements
  • Vacation policy: 20 days of annual leave and paid sick leave
