Job summary

FINARTIX Fintech Solutions S.A. is seeking passionate Business Analysts to support Banking Technology projects. You will identify business needs, recommend solutions, and manage requirements lifecycle across digital channels, payments, and loan management.

The role requires at least 6 years of banking sector experience, strong elicitation and documentation skills, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable development tasks. Proficiency in SQL and English/Greek is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant Banking Sector experience (Digital Channels, Payments, Transactions & Loan Management).
• Proficiency in eliciting, analyzing and documenting requirements (business and technical).
• Perform impact and gap analysis during projects.
• Translate business requirements into development tasks and BRDs/Maps/Solution Documents.
• Interact with client facing teams, manage stakeholders, users and workshops.
• Knowledge of how software applications work and their user impact.
• Analytical mind capable of synthesis and clear communication.
• Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies is a plus; SQL familiarity is a bonus.
• English and Greek language proficiency.

We are looking for passionate, multi-talented Business Analysts with demonstrated history working in the Banking Technology Industry. The candidate should help the project teams to identify business needs, recommend solutions, develop, and manage requirements. He/she should manage the life cycle of projects by continuous monitoring and documenting, communicating the requirements appropriately to involved stakeholders and assessing how well the delivered solutions fulfill the requirements and meet the business need.

Responsibilities

• The candidate should help business areas and project teams to identify business. needs, recommend solutions, develop, and manage requirements.

• Perform Business Workshops for Gap Analysis and Requirement gathering purposes.

• Managing the life cycle of projects by continuous monitoring and documenting, communicating the requirements appropriately to involved stakeholders and assessing how well the delivered solutions fulfill the requirements and meet the business need.

• Identify and document use case/test scenarios.

• Act as a technical consultant for the client.

• Support business as well as IT users with existing Reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience within the Banking Sector focusing on Digital Channels, Payments, Transactions & Loan Management.
• Demonstrate proficiency in eliciting, analyzing and documenting requirements both business and technical (integration-oriented analysis).
• Perform impact analysis and gap analysis.
• Experience on refinement/technical analysis activities and capability of translating business requirements to development tasks.
• Experience on preparing and compiling business requirements documentation (BRDs, Mappings, Solution Documents etc.).
• Experience in working and interacting with client facing, manage stakeholders, users and conduct requirement workshops, map processes and use cases and analyze business cases.
• Knowledge of how software applications work: what are their core pillars, how they communicate and how they affect the user’s experience.
• Analytical mind and ability to synthesize, abstract and communicate the information at a level suitable for the target audience.
• Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies is considered a plus;
• Familiarity with SQL and other programming languages will be considered as a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Languages required: English and Greek, both written and verbal.
