Job summary

Tangem ищет системного аналитика для перевода бизнес-требований в спецификации систем и сервисов AI‑агентов. Ваша роль включает проектирование сквозной логики, интеграции и документирование процессов для инженерной команды.

Требуется опыт в анализе систем, знание API-интеграций и базовых данных SQL, а также интерес к AI/автоматизации. Работа удаленная с гибким расписанием по GMT+3.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Преобразование бизнес/продуктовых потребностей в требования к системам и внутренним инструментам AI-агентов.
• Проектирование сквозной логики AI-агент сервисов, включая интеграции с системами и платформами.
• Определение API-взаимодействий, структур данных и требований к интеграции.
• Документация рабочих процессов и потоков данных с использованием структурированных методик.
• Поддержка инженерных команд во внедрении; подтверждение соответствия требованиям.
• Анализ существующих процессов и предложение автоматизации с помощью AI.
• Определение требований к данным и базовые SQL-запросы для отчетности.
• Планирование и отслеживание реализации AI-инициатив; управление сроками и зависимостями.

• Translate business and product needs into system specifications for AI-agent services and internal tooling
• Design end-to-end logic for AI-agent services, including integrations with internal systems and third-party AI/LLM platforms
• Define API interactions, data structures, and integration requirements for AI-agent and automation services
• Document workflows, data flows, and system behavior using structured methodologies and diagramming tools
• Support engineering teams during implementation; clarify requirements and validate delivered functionality against intent, ensuring system behavior matches business requirements and defined specifications
• Analyze existing internal processes and propose where AI agents/automation can increase efficiency, reliability, and scalability
• Assist in defining data requirements and basic SQL/analytical queries to support reporting on AI initiative outcomes
• Plan and track delivery of AI-agent services and AI-transformation initiatives; manage timelines, dependencies, and risks
• Own multiple parallel initiatives across different teams, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and technical constraints
• Manage several concurrent workstreams (features, integrations, internal tools), maintaining clear prioritization, dependency tracking, and risk visibility
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts between engineering, product, data, and operations to roll out AI tools internally, acting as a coordination point that consolidates stakeholder inputs into structured, actionable requirements
• Decompose high-level business needs into well-defined artifacts: system specifications, process flows, API contracts, and task breakdowns for engineering teams
• Monitor execution and deadlines across streams, proactively identifying bottlenecks, resolving blockers, and adjusting plans to maintain delivery commitments
• Implement structured tracking of initiatives (roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, risks), ensuring transparency and predictability of delivery
• Run status reporting and stakeholder communication to keep initiatives on track

Требования

• Strong experience as a System Analyst, Technical Product Specialist, or similar technical role
• Strong system analysis skills including requirements definition, process mapping, and system/architecture understanding
• Experience specifying integrations with APIs and third-party or internal services
• Ability to document complex business logic and system behavior clearly for engineering teams
• Familiarity with AI/LLM tools and agent frameworks, or strong interest and ability to learn them quickly
• Vector databases basics knowledge
• Working knowledge of SQL and ability to perform basic data queries
• Comfortable taking on project/program management tasks — planning, prioritization, tracking dependencies and risks — alongside analysis work
• Strong interest in AI tools, automation, and organizational transformation through AI
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong cross-team coordination skills
