Tangem ищет системного аналитика/продуктового аналитика для перевода идей в детальные спецификации и архитектурные решения для банковских/крипто-продуктов. В обязанности входит проектирование сквозной логики и взаимодействие с командами frontend, backend и внешними провайдерами.

Кандидат должен иметь сильный опыт в анализе требований, документировании бизнес-логики и работе с API-интеграциями, а также интерес к крипто и автоматизации рабочих процессов.

Qualifications

• Опыт как системный аналитик, аналитик продукта или технический специалист по продукту
• Сильное понимание финансовых продуктов (свопы, стейкинг, yield) и торговых потоков
• Знание анализа требований, картирования процессов и архитектуры систем
• Умение документировать сложную бизнес-логику для инженеров
• Опыт спецификации интеграций с внешними API и сторонними сервисами
• Опыт работы с мобильными приложениями и бизнес-процессами
• Умение писать простые SQL-запросы
• Интерес к крипто и блокчейн-продуктам
• Интерес к инструментам ИИ и автоматизации рабочих процессов
• Отличные навыки английской коммуникации
• Сильные кросс-командные навыки
• Опыт в финансовых сервисах/финтехе будет плюсом

Responsibilities

• Переводить идеи продукта и бизнес-требования в детальные спецификации для инженерной команды
• Проектировать сквозную логику фичей для frontend, backend и интеграций
• Определять API-взаимодействия и требования к данным с поставщиками услуг
• Документировать бизнес-процессы и диаграммы архитектуры
• Поддерживать команды разработки в процессе реализации и уточнения требований
• Совместно с руководством продукта оценивать концепты фич и тех feasibility
• Участвовать в обсуждениях UX/UI, упорядочивая продуктовые потоки
• Анализировать существующие процессы и предлагать улучшения по надежности и масштабируемости
• Помогать в формировании требований к данным и поддержке аналитических запросов

Tangem's growth product stack includes swaps, on-ramp and off-ramp, staking, and yield products.

Задачи

• Translate product ideas and business requirements into detailed system specifications and task descriptions for engineering teams
• Design end-to-end feature logic across frontend, backend, and integrations with external providers
• Define API interactions, data structures, and integration requirements with swap providers, fiat rails, staking protocols, and other third-party services
• Document business processes, system flows, and feature logic using structured methodologies and diagramming tools
• Support development teams during implementation, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment between product intent and delivered functionality
• Work with product leadership to validate feature concepts and assess technical feasibility before development begins
• Contribute to UI and UX design discussions, focusing on clear product flows and logical system behavior
• Analyze existing system processes and propose improvements to reliability, automation, and scalability
• Assist in defining data requirements and support reporting logic where SQL or analytical queries are required

• Strong experience as a System Analyst, Product Analyst, or Technical Product Specialist
• Strong understanding of financial products such as swaps, staking, yield products, or trading flows
• Strong system analysis skills, including requirements definition, process mapping, and understanding of system architecture
• Ability to document complex business logic clearly for engineering teams
• Experience specifying integrations with external APIs and third-party services
• Familiarity with mobile application environments and product flows
• Working knowledge of SQL and ability to perform basic data queries
• Strong interest in crypto and blockchain products
• Interest in AI tools and automation for product development and documentation workflows
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong cross-team coordination skills and ability to work closely with product and engineering teams
