Tangem ищет опытного QA-инженера для автоматизации тестирования API и бэкенда, а также интеграции в CI/CD. Ваша задача — писать тестовые скрипты на Python, настраивать окружения в Docker и поддерживать инфраструктуру тестирования.

Требуется 5+ лет в QA, сильный бэкграунд в ручном тестировании сложных приложений, знание PostgreSQL, Kafka, Pytest, HTTPX и Allure. Преимущество — финтех/крипто и опыт работы в Agile.

Formación

• 5+ лет опыта QA, включая автоматизацию тестирования на Python

Responsabilidades

Tangem started with the idea of bringing digital assets to the masses using a unique combination of a smartcard-based hardware wallet and mobile applications. Company owns and promotes the technology of hardware cold-wallet for digital assets with secure and simple UX in 220 countries today.

Задачи:

• Perform in-depth manual and automated testing of backend APIs, and database integrations
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for and APIs from scratch (using Python, Pytest, Playwright, and HTTPX/Requests) and actively support the existing test framework
• Review and validate requirements and technical specifications, ensuring comprehensive test coverage
• Develop, review, and execute detailed test plans and test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD), configure test environments (Docker, Shell), and manage test reporting (Allure TestOps)
• Review and validate requirements and technical specifications, ensuring comprehensive test coverage
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers) to validate new features, verify bug fixes, and conduct regression testing
• Mentor, onboard, and develop QA Engineers, sharing technical knowledge and best practices
• Design and enhance testing processes, optimizing routine workflows (including the use of AI tools)

Требования:

• 5+ years of overall QA experience, including solid hands‑on experience in test automation (Python) and a strong background in manual backend testing for complex applications
• Python, Pytest, Locust, HTTPX/Requests, Allure/Allure TestOps, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kafka, Postman/Hoppscotch, Shell, Grafana, ArgoCD, PostgreSQL
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture (ability to test service‑to‑service communication, data flows, and fault tolerance)
• Proven experience in API testing (HTTP/WS) and related tools
• Practical experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and message brokers (Kafka)
• Proficiency in working with logs, monitoring systems (Grafana), and containerization (Docker)
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills, solid understanding of software testing methodologies, and experience working in an Agile (Scrum) environment
• Proficiency with LLMs to accelerate test documentation creation and optimize testing processes

• FinTech / Crypto Experience: Experience working with financial or cryptocurrency products, along with an understanding of transaction specifics and high-security requirements, is highly desirable
