Job summary

Tangem — технологическая компания в блокчейн-области, ищет специалиста L2 поддержки для оперативного решения технических вопросов и анализа ошибок. В обязанности входит написание SQL-запросов и создание JavaScript-скриптов, взаимодействие с командой разработки и эскалации на L3 по мере необходимости.

Требуется опыт L2 поддержки от года, уверенное владение SQL и базами данных; владение английским уровнем B2 приветствуется. Гибкий удаленный режим и конкурентная оплата в EURO/USDT.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Tangem started with the idea of bringing digital assets to the masses using a unique combination of a smartcard-based hardware wallet and mobile applications.

Задачи:

• Promptly resolve customer technical issues at the L2 level.
• Analyzing and eliminating errors in software operation.
• Writing and supporting SQL queries to analyze data and find solutions.
• Developing and maintaining JavaScript scripts to automate tasks.
• Escalating incidents to a higher level (L3) when necessary.
• Collaborating with the development team to resolve complex technical issues.

Требования:

• Experience in an L2 support position of 1 year or more or a similar roles
• Excellent knowledge of SQL, ability to write complex queries and optimize them.
• JavaScript programming skills: ability to write and edit scripts.
• Understanding of the principles of client-server applications.
• Ability to quickly understand new technologies and products.
• Good communication skills, proactive, ability to articulate clearly and accurately.
• Writing project documentation in your spare time.
• English B2 Будет плюсом: Experience with incident management systems (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow) would be an advantage; Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL); Knowledge of other programming languages (e.g. Python) would be a plus; Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
