Job summary

Systems Plus is seeking a senior IT leader to provide technical direction for enterprise servers and collaboration platforms, including SharePoint and SharePoint Online, on-site at Fort Bliss, TX. The role drives secure configuration, cybersecurity compliance, and modernization efforts across the enterprise.

You will lead initiatives ensuring availability, performance, and governance while guiding cross-functional teams through complex IT modernization projects and operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant experience.
• IAT II certification and CE: Associate preferred.
• 4+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience with leadership.

Daily Responsibilities

• Provides technical leadership for enterprise server and collaboration platforms such as SharePoint and SharePoint Online.
• Directs secure system configuration, cybersecurity compliance, and operational integrity across enterprise infrastructure.
• Leads collaboration platform modernization, system enhancements, and workflow optimization initiatives.
• Provides advanced technical expertise supporting system availability, performance optimization, and operational continuity.
• Establishes enterprise administration standards, technical governance, and operational guidance supporting reliable IT service delivery.

Required Degree and Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalency
• IAT II
• CE: Associate (Professional preferred)

Required Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency
• Experience managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications, ensuring optimal performance and security
• Experience with advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution skills for complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and operational disruptions
• Experience leading enterprise-scale infrastructure modernization projects

Required Clearance:

• Tier 3 background investigation.
