System Administrator - Engineering Computing supports the College of Engineering computing infrastructure, including desktop systems, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), IoT devices, and networking; maintains documentation; installs, tests, codes, debugs, and manages applications, servers, and infrastructure; collaborates with stakeholders to implement solutions that support the college's mission.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
3 years of experience in a technical support role (Windows, Linux, and/or MacOS)
Experience with IoT devices

Preferred Qualifications

5 years of experience in technical support in academic or commercial environment
Experience with software development lifecycles and project management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
