Responsibilities

• Maintain and support computing infrastructure for the College of Engineering, including desktops, VDI, IoT devices, and networking components.
• Provide technical support for faculty, staff, and students; install, test, code, debug, and manage applications, servers, and infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain documentation; work with stakeholders to implement solutions that meet the college’s needs.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security, reliability, and performance of technology services.
