Job summary

Quest Technology Management is seeking a System Administrator to work Tue-Sat 7am-4pm, managing design, provisioning, installation, and configuration of hardware and software in a 24x7 NOC environment. You will provide customer service and coordinate with clients, internal teams and vendors to diagnose, solve problems, and schedule maintenance.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in IT operations and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Windows server environments and directory services.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 NOC setting and coordinate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex administration of applications, Microsoft technologies, and server/storage/backup systems.
• Configure and troubleshoot Windows AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and patch management.
• Install and rebuild servers, configure hardware and services per standards.
• Document system configurations and procedures.
• Maintain security controls and incident reporting.
