ProTech IT Solutions, a New Charter Technologies Company, is seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our Torrington, CT team. The role supports clients both remotely and on-site, delivering proactive IT support and tailored solutions.

You will manage Windows Server environments, Office 365, and networking, while mentoring junior staff. A 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM shift offers a stable MSP environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Windows Server.
• Strong networking and system administration knowledge.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable commute to White Plains, NY or willingness to relocate.

Responsabilités

• Deliver remote and on-site technical support to clients with professionalism and urgency.
• Proactively monitor and maintain client systems to prevent downtime and improve performance.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Server environments and Windows 10 workstations.
• Administer Office 365 environments including user management and email configurations.
• Configure and support network protocols such as TCP/IP and ensure secure connectivity.
• Utilize RMM tools (e.g., ConnectWise) for system monitoring and management.
• Assist in cloud infrastructure support including Azure and AWS environments.
• Document technical procedures and client interactions in ticketing systems.
• Demonstrate leadership by mentoring junior staff and delegating tasks effectively.

We are seeking a skilled and client-focused System Administrator to join our team.
