TrustedQA, Inc. is seeking a System Administrator to manage Linux and Windows environments in a software development setting. You will implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, security controls, and system documentation.
The role requires hands-on experience with Linux administration, CI/CD awareness, containers, and PaaS concepts, with TS/SCI clearance preferred and strong collaboration with IT leadership.
Linux system administration, System Security Implementations, Linux shell scripting, Ansible playbook development and management, Security-Enhanced (SE) Linux and Red Hat repository administration.
Knowledge of the following: Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) , Multi-Factor Authentication implementation like IPA and ADFS, OpenShift, OpenStack, VMware ESXI, QAS/VAS, Windows, Active Directory, Backup and Recovery, Containers and Container Orchestration products. Knowledge of Git, Nexus, Jenkins, Jira and Confluence. Understand the concept of PaaS and SaaS. Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery and how it applies to IT and IT products.
Career level typically with an advanced degree and 3+ years experience or bachelors with 5+ years experience or equivalent; wide application of principles, theories, and concepts in their field and provides solutions to a wide range of difficult problems with imaginative and thorough solutions; works under general direction, and results are reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives; failure to achieve results normally results in serious program delays and considerable expenditure of resources; frequent internal and external customer contacts and represents the organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects.
