TrustedQA, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist based in Colorado Springs, CO. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing user-level interactions, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to ongoing projects, including MDA flight tests.
The ideal candidate should possess strong IT skills alongside customer service experience, with a minimum of 3+ years in IT support roles. Comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment are offered.
This position will act as the first line of defense for user level interactions and issues. The position will be primarily supporting users in person, secure phone, email or instant message (IM). This position will be customer facing, so refined customer service skill, in addition to IT skills is a must for this position. You must be comfortable with diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with remote users on a daily basis. This position will also support MDA flight tests and focus on the integration of the R&D systems into C2BMC and will contribute to other ongoing X-Lab projects as needed.
Career level typically with an advanced degree and 3+ years experience or bachelors with 5+ years experience or equivalent wide application of principles, theories, and concepts in their field and provides solutions to a wide range of difficult problems with imaginative and thorough solutions; works under general direction, and results are reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives; failure to achieve results normally results in serious program delays and considerable expenditure of resources; frequent internal and external customer contacts and represents the organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects.
This position is located full time on Schriever SFB and is not a remote work position. A small amount of travel may be required. Occasional off-hours work may be required.
