Job summary

ICP Group seeks a Functional Architect to own SYSPRO standards, backlog optimization, training, and mentorship across finance, inventory, manufacturing, and supply chain. This senior role partners with operations, finance, and IT to optimize the ERP blueprint and drive scalable, standardized processes.

The candidate will stay current with SYSPRO versions, assess new modules, and maintain a functional knowledge base to reduce single-person dependency while supporting month-end and production

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on SYSPRO experience with configuration ownership across modules.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution with production, inventory, and costing knowledge.
• Track record of owning an optimization backlog for a live ERP.
• SYSPRO functional knowledge across finance, inventory, manufacturing, supply chain, sales order processing.

Responsibilities

• Own the SYSPRO functional blueprint and platform standards across live and in-flight companies.
• Lead design standards, configuration conventions, and documentation with cross-team alignment.
• Translate business requirements into system design and justify standard functionality.
• Maintain knowledge depth and transfer expertise to reduce single-person dependency.
• Provide functional input to implementation projects and ensure quality handovers.
