Job summary

ICP Group seeks a Functional Architect to own SYSPRO strategy across finance, inventory, manufacturing, and supply chain. This senior role combines hands-on configuration with a strong business mindset to align process design with the ICP blueprint.

The ideal candidate will reside in Tampa, FL or Andover, MA and will mentor analysts, deliver tested changes, and partner with operations, finance, and manufacturing to drive continuous improvement while reducing customization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in information systems, business administration, supply chain, accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years hands-on SYSPRO experience with configuration ownership across multiple modules.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution with production, inventory, and costing knowledge.
• Proven ability to own an optimization backlog for a live ERP and mentor analysts.

Responsibilities

• Own functional architecture standards across SYSPRO, finance, inventory, manufacturing, supply chain, and sales order processing.
• Balance standard functionality with necessary customizations; document trade-offs.
• Maintain a coherent blueprint across operating companies to meet local needs without fragmentation.
• Review changes for design integrity, risk, and downstream impact; escalate disagreements with options and trade-offs written down.
• Deliver hands-on configuration changes or direct others where appropriate.
• Provide role-based SYSPRO training and mentor team members toward independence.
