Job summary

Reperio Human Capital is partnered with an established manufacturing organization to hire a SYSPRO Systems Administrator for an onsite IT role supporting SYSPRO and connected business applications across manufacturing, operations, inventory, finance, and warehouse teams.

The role involves system upgrades, user access management, data operations, reporting, and issue resolution, with opportunities to own key business systems while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external technology

Qualifications

• Hands on SYSPRO administration experience.
• MS SQL Server experience including querying, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, inventory, or warehouse environments.
• Experience with ERP upgrades, configuration, user access, reporting, and system support.
• Knowledge of ETL, data integrations, and data governance processes.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with Power Platform tools.
• Ability to work with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Strong problem solving, documentation, and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer SYSPRO ERP and related applications, including user provisioning, permissions, security, and system configuration
• Manage system upgrades, change requests, enhancements, testing, and deployment activities
• Troubleshoot technical issues, investigate system defects, and coordinate resolution with internal teams and external vendors
• Support connected applications including uniPoint and riteSCAN
• Perform data audits, ETL activities, database maintenance, and data quality improvements
• Build and maintain automated reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and business intelligence solutions
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and reporting datasets
• Partner with business users to gather requirements, assess system impact, and improve workflows
• Deliver user training, documentation, and ongoing support across the organization
• Support IT projects, vendor relationships, and adoption of new technologies

We are partnering with an established manufacturing organization to hire a SYSPRO Systems Administrator. This is a hands on internal IT role supporting SYSPRO and connected business applications across manufacturing, operations, inventory, finance, and warehouse teams.

The successful candidate will manage system upgrades, enhancements, user access, data operations, reporting, and technical issue resolution. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of key business systems while working closely with internal stakeholders and external technology partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer SYSPRO ERP and related applications, including user provisioning, permissions, security, and system configuration
• Manage system upgrades, change requests, enhancements, testing, and deployment activities
• Troubleshoot technical issues, investigate system defects, and coordinate resolution with internal teams and external vendors

Required Experience

• Strong hands on SYSPRO administration experience
• Microsoft SQL Server experience, including querying, troubleshooting, and reporting
• Experience supporting a manufacturing, distribution, inventory, or warehouse environment
• Experience with ERP upgrades, configuration, user access, reporting, and system support
• Knowledge of ETL, data integrations, and data governance processes
• Strong Excel skills and experience with Power Platform tools
• Ability to work directly with technical and nontechnical stakeholders
• Strong problem solving, documentation, and change management skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience with uniPoint, riteSCAN, Crystal Reports, SSRS, Power BI, SharePoint, or Visual Basic
• Experience with quality, production, materials planning, inventory control, or warehouse processes
• Experience managing third party ERP vendors and support relationships

Salary range is $85-100k, and there is a requirement to be onsite in either their Cleveland or Phoenix office
