Job summary

Beneficial Talent Source is seeking an ERP Optimization & Project Lead to serve as our internal SME. You will lead project initiatives, coach teams through change, and help drive operational excellence across the organization using SYSPRO.

The role focuses on automating legacy processes, transitioning to paperless workflows, and partnering with shipping, billing, manufacturing, and executive teams to ensure ERP capabilities support business goals. Occasional on-site travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing ERP experience within an industrial setting.
• Proven ability to lead IT projects and manage organizational change.
• Ability to coach users and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• ERP optimization and automation to streamline bottlenecks across departments.
• Plan and execute ERP initiatives using Waterfall with Agile where beneficial.
• Lead change management and train staff on modern ERP practices.
• Collaborate with shipping, billing, manufacturing, and executives to align ERP with goals.
