Job summary

ICP Group is seeking a Technical & Integrations Lead to own the integration backbone connecting SYSPRO ERP and TransLution WMS. You’ll drive strategy, design, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement, while enabling reporting and automation that scale with the business.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on leadership, deep integration experience, and a passion for reliable data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, Eng, or related field.
6+ years in a technical enterprise applications role with production integrations.
Experience integrating ERP with WMS, EDI, and reporting platforms; SYSPRO preferred.
Strong SQL and MS SQL Server skills; stored procedures and data reconciliation.
Development in VB.NET, C#, or Python with solid engineering practices.
Experience with APIs, web services, file transfers, and message queues.
Experience with BI tooling, Power BI, and scheduled data pipelines.
Manufacturing or distribution background preferred.

Responsibilities

Own the cross-system integration layer across SYSPRO, TransLution WMS, EDI, and related systems.
Build and maintain the data layer, including SQL objects, views, and scheduled processes.
Apply source control, code review, and disciplined deployment processes.
Plan updates, patches, and upgrades with minimal operational disruption.
Own technical issues through resolution across system and vendor boundaries.
Deliver governance for reporting by ensuring data is reconciled and governed.
Document interfaces and maintain run books; cross-train colleagues.
