ICP Group in the United States seeks a Technical & Integrations Lead to own the cross-system integration backbone between SYSPRO ERP and TransLution WMS. You’ll drive strategy, design, deployment, and monitoring to improve reliability and enable data-driven decisions.

The role requires hands-on development, data modeling, and BI reporting with a focus on automation. Based in Tampa, FL or Andover, MA, you’ll guide in-house integration efforts and partner with security and analytics teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years in a technical enterprise applications role with production integrations ownership.
• Experience integrating an ERP with warehouse management, EDI, and reporting platforms; SYSPRO experience preferred.
• Strong SQL and Microsoft SQL Server skills, including stored procedures, performance tuning, and data reconciliation.
• Development capability in VB.NET, C#, or Python, with sound engineering practice.
• Working knowledge of integration approaches including APIs, web services, file-based transfer, and message queuing.
• Experience with business intelligence tooling, Power BI preferred, and with scheduled data pipelines.
• Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and logging for production interfaces.
• Ability to explain technical failure and risk in plain language to business audiences.
• Collaborative working style with vendors and security team.

Responsabilidades

• Own integration layer across SYSPRO, TransLution WMS, and connected systems from planning to support.
• Design integration patterns, error handling, logging, reconciliation, and alerting.
• Develop, test, and maintain code, extensions, scripts, and automation.
• Build data layer for reporting with SQL objects and scheduled processes.
• Own delivery of reporting over SYSPRO and TransLution with governed data.
• Instrument interfaces with monitoring and incident response, including out-of-hours escalation.
• Document integrations and maintain run books; cross-train colleagues.
