Mt. Olive Pickle Co., Inc. is seeking a Capping Syrup Maker to prepare and mix syrup batches, monitor production, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. The role supports daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The position follows a schedule Monday through Saturday during peak season, 5:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with shifts varying by department needs.

Qualifications

• High school graduate; additional training needed.

Responsibilities

• Measures and mixes flavorings or color ingredients in the syrup room.
• Measures and mixes all liquid ingredients per check-off sheets.
• Carries samples to QC and adjusts batch as needed.
• Ensures batches meet HACCP and quality specifications.
• Operates controls to transfer formulas to mixing and storage tanks.
