Job summary

Conservice is seeking a Synergy Manager Assistant Team Lead (ATL) to educate, unite, and support the Synergy Manager team while driving performance, efficiency, and professional growth in Logan, Utah.

The ATL will serve as the first escalation point for client concerns, coordinate team operations, mentor Synergy Managers, lead meetings, and help identify and implement process improvements with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ months with the company preferred.
• Experience with client interaction preferred.
• Strong leadership and delegation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach Synergy Managers, providing regular feedback and assisting with performance reviews.
• Lead one-on-one and team meetings to align priorities and foster accountability.
• Assist Team Leads in managing day-to-day team activities, including workload delegation and schedule coordination.
• Cultivate a positive, collaborative, and productive team environment.
• Track and report on key performance metrics such as response times, issue resolution rates, and client success.
• Review team members' work for accuracy and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify inefficient processes and recommend or implement innovative solutions.
• Maintain detailed records and assist with preparing performance reports.
