Job summary

ATL Technology, headquartered in Springville, Utah, seeks a General Manager to lead Utah and Minnesota operations. You will own safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and customer commitments while translating strategy into actionable site plans.

This senior leader will drive continuous improvement, build a high-performing cross-functional team, manage budgets, and partner with enterprise leaders to align resources for scalable growth and reliable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Advanced degree or Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership in manufacturing, operations, or a relevant regulated industry.
• Experience leading a mid-sized site or multiple locations with accountability for performance.
• Strong track record of continuous improvement, cost management, and quality systems.
• Experience operating in customer-facing environments and driving cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own overall site performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, inventory, and customer commitments.
• Lead operating rhythms to ensure visibility, issue escalation, and corrective actions.
• Translate enterprise strategy into actionable site-level plans, KPIs, and communications.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, yield, and labor productivity.
• Manage site budget, cost controls, and financial performance against plan.
• Partner with enterprise leaders to prioritize investments and resources for growth.
• Build and develop a high-performing cross-functional leadership team.
